Hubert T. Chen, CDT, PhD
As a human capital & organizational development consultant for the first 10 years of his professional career, Hubert fell in love with the area of dental laboratory technology due to its strong tradition as well as the ever-changing nature in material, techniques and digitization. As a certified ceramist mentored by David Jackson and Michael Poole with their combined 90+ years of experience, his goal is to maintain the excellence of their traditional fabrication methods, and continue to make appropriate advancements in techniques and technology.
H. David Jackson, CDT
As the founder of Jackson Dental Labs, David started serving the Memphis dental community in 1971 as one of three ceramic technicians in a small dental laboratory. He then became department head of a large ceramic department and later production manager of one of Memphis's largest prominent laboratories. David married Terri in 1981 and declined his current employer, Denticon's request to move and manage one of their laboratories in Ohio. It was in April, 1982, that they decided to open their own laboratory and continued to serve the Tri-State community as he founded Jackson Dental Labs, Inc.
Michael L. Poole, CDT
As the founder of Poole Dental Laboratory, Mike has been supplying the Dentists of West Tennessee with their Crown & Bridge needs since 1975. Our goal has always been to please both the Patient and the Dentist by providing the best workmanship and using the best materials available. Our Technicians are conscientious and are here to serve you in any way possible. You can be confident that we will always do everything we can to assure your complete satisfaction!
